For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you complete a risk release form prior to your arrival. This is required upon booking. Pet Policy: We warmly welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 20lbs, with prior host approval and a $150 pet fee. Please note: • The home requires stair access • The property is not fenced, so pets must be supervised outdoors Extended Stay Information: For guests booking two weeks or longer, a weekly professional cleaning is required at the guest’s expense to maintain the quality and comfort of the home.
