To keep Twin Cedar Creek Ranch safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that all guests follow these simple rules: 🚭 Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and never on the property grounds. 🐾 Pets: We warmly welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 20lbs, with prior host approval and a $150 pet fee. 🔥 Fireplace & Outdoor Fires: Please use safely and only in designated areas. 🚪 Barn & Outdoor Equipment Shed: Off limits for guest safety. Extended Stay Information: For guests booking two weeks or longer, a weekly professional cleaning is required at the guest’s expense to maintain the quality and comfort of the home. We also require a copy of a valid driver’s license for our records. Risk & Release Form: Before arrival, we’ll ask you to sign a simple risk and release form.
