To make the most of your time by the river, we recommend bringing sunscreen and insect repellent—nature is beautiful here, but it’s always good to be prepared! Due to the home’s close proximity to the Paluxy River, you may spot local wildlife such as deer, squirrels, ducks, geese, and occasionally snakes, so please be mindful of your surroundings. For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you complete a risk release form prior to your arrival. This is required upon booking. Pet Policy: We warmly welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 20lbs, with prior host approval and a $150 pet fee. Please note: • The home requires stair access • The property is not fenced, so pets must be supervised outdoors Extended Stay Information: For guests booking two weeks or longer, a weekly professional cleaning is required at the guest’s expense to maintain the quality and comfort of the home. Each guest must sign risk release waiver before arrival. LONG TERM STAYS: Long-term guests must provide license plate/car description and copy of drivers license. Stays longer than 2 weeks must pay for bi-weekly cleaning. MAIL/PACKAGES are not to be sent to the house. Please use USPS General Delivery or Amazon Lockers/UPS store. EXTRA GUESTS: Extra guests by approval only. Extra guest fee does apply. Max number of extra guests is 3. Smoking allowed ONLY outside in designated smoking areas with ash trays. Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home, including both connected living spaces and all of the inviting outdoor areas—perfect for relaxing, playing, or soaking in the river views. Please note: the garage, elevator, and downstairs storage areas are reserved for owner use and will not be accessible during your stay. For your convenience, ample parking is available in the driveway and in the two designated spots directly in front of the home.

We had a great stay at Debbie's house at Glen Rose - 4 adults and 2 kids. The house is right on the Paluxy River and there is a paved walking trail accessible just outside the house. It's a very kid-friendly house and location - you can walk less than 0.5 miles to climb the rocks at Big Rocks Park, or cross the river and walk to a playground just down the path. The town square is close - but not easily walkable with kids as there is not a sidewalk, it is better for a short and easy drive. We visited Dinosaur Valley State Park + Dinosaur World, this was a great location for our trip. Thanks to Debbie and Ciara!

This place was perfect for our couples get-away. Room for everyone. A comfortable living space, and porch, fire pit. A place for our men to grill. Everything we wanted! Best part was the walking trail right outside the door!! We used it every day and loved that!!
